Netflix Error S7702-1003

If you get the error code S7702-1003 on your device, usually with this message:

Pardon the interruption
We're having trouble playing Netflix. Please make sure your browser isn't in Private mode and try again.

It means that Safari is in Private Browsing mode. Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

iPad

Turn off Private Browsing

1. From the top right, tap the New Page button.

2. Tap Private, then tap Done.

3. Open a new page and try Netflix again.

Mac computer

Turn off Private Browsing

1. In the menu bar, select Safari.

2. Select Preferences.

3. In the General tab, under Safari opens with:, select A new window.

4. Close the Preferences window to save your new setting.

5. In the menu bar, select Safari.

6. Select Quit Safari.

7. Open Safari and try Netflix again.
