Netflix says 'Not Enough Storage'

If you see an error on your Android phone or tablet that says

Not Enough Storage
Delete downloads to free up space on this device.

It means that your device doesn't have enough storage space to download the TV show or movie. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Remove downloads on your device

To remove a single download:

  1. Open the Netflix app.

  2. In the lower right, tap My Netflix .

  3. Tap Downloads , then tap a TV show or movie.

  4. Next to the episode or movie with the issue, tap the download status icon .

  5. Tap Delete Download .

To remove all downloads:

  1. Open the Netflix app.

  2. In the lower right, tap My Netflix .

  3. In the upper right, tap the Menu .

  4. Tap App Settings .

  5. Tap Delete All Downloads , then tap OK.

Remove other stored content from your device

If you don’t have any downloaded titles, or if removing downloaded titles didn’t help, you'll need to free up space on your device. For instructions, visit the Google Help Center or contact your device manufacturer.
