Apple VoiceOver isn't reading subtitles

If the Apple VoiceOver screen reader isn't reading subtitles when you watch Netflix, follow the steps below.

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Turn on Media Descriptions

1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.

2. Tap Accessibility.

3. Tap VoiceOver > Verbosity > Media Descriptions.

4. Tap Speech to turn it on.

5. Try Netflix again.

This setting may not be available on all iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch devices. If you don't see it, contact Apple support.
