Can't find a Netflix game

If you can't find the Netflix game you want to download and play, there may be a few reasons.

Mobile device doesn't meet requirements

The game may not show up when you search for it in the Netflix app or in the app stores if your device doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Check the following instructions for your device to see if your device can play the game.

Android phones & tablets

To play Netflix Games your Android device must be running Android OS 8 or later.

To check your Android version:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Select About phone or About tablet.

  3. Look for the number under Android version.

iPhone, iPad & iPod touch

To play Netflix Games your device must be running iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later.

To check the version:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Scroll down and select General.

  3. Select About.

  4. Your version number will be listed next to Version.

Some Netflix Games have additional requirements. Check the article for a particular game for details.

If your device isn't compatible, try playing with a different device.

Device isn't supported

Games can be played on mobile devices only and downloaded from the Play Store or App Store. Games cannot be played on TVs, or other similar platforms.

Using a Kids Netflix profile

Netflix games will not appear while using a Kids profile, and you won't be able to sign into a game using the Kids profile.

Use a non-Kids profile to view and download games.

Maturity level settings for the profile

If a game has a higher maturity rating than the Profile you're using, the game won't appear in the Netflix app.

Try using a different profile to play, or change the maturity level setting for the profile to see more titles.

Game hasn't launched yet

You may have heard news about an upcoming game and are curious to play. Once a Netflix game is available, it'll appear in the Netflix Games article under Available Games.

If it's not listed yet, check back at a later time.
