If you can't find the Netflix game you want to download and play, there may be a few reasons.
Mobile device doesn't meet requirements
The game may not show up when you search for it in the Netflix app or in the app stores if your device doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
Check the following instructions for your device to see if your device can play the game.

Using a Kids Netflix profile
Netflix games will not appear while using a Kids profile, and you won't be able to sign into a game using the Kids profile.
Use a non-Kids profile to view and download games.
Maturity level settings for the profile
If a game has a higher maturity rating than the Profile you're using, the game won't appear in the Netflix app.
Try using a different profile to play, or change the maturity level setting for the profile to see more titles.
Game hasn't launched yet
You may have heard news about an upcoming game and are curious to play. Once a Netflix game is available, it'll appear in the Netflix Games article under Available Games.
If it's not listed yet, check back at a later time.
