If you've forgotten the email or phone number you use to log in to Netflix, you'll have to update your information. To access your account, follow the instructions for the payment method you use to pay for Netflix.
Go to netflix.com/LoginHelp.
Select I don't remember my email or phone.
Enter your first name, last name, and the credit or debit card you use to pay for Netflix.
Select Find account.
Netflix will send a password reset email to the email address listed on your account. If you don't recognize or no longer have access to the email address we have for your account, contact Netflix customer service.
If you pay for Netflix through a third party, or have Netflix included with a package, search our Help Center for the name of the service provider to find the relevant billing article. Then refer to the "I'm having trouble signing in to Netflix" section.
