It looks like you're already enjoying Netflix with another provider.

This error usually means that the email address you used when trying to link your Netflix account to a package or package add-on is already linked to another provider's package or add-on.

You can either:

  • Link this Package / Package Add-on to a new or different Netflix account.

  • Confirm with both providers that you have Netflix included with or added to your package. If yes, you will need to choose which provider’s package you want to keep Netflix linked to.

If you also see "Your existing Netflix account includes extra member slot(s), so you can’t activate this partner package" you must link your package to a different Netflix account.
