This error means that the email address you used when trying to link your Netflix account to a Package or Package Add-on is already linked to another provider's package.

You can either:

  • Link this Package / Package Add-on to a new or different Netflix account.

  • Confirm with both providers that you have Netflix included with or added to your package. If yes, you will need to choose which provider’s package you want to keep Netflix linked to.
