The same movie or TV show starts playing when I visit Netflix.com

If the same movie or episode of a TV show plays whenever you navigate to Netflix.com on your computer, it may be because you're using a bookmark or favorite that links to a page on the Netflix website that automatically plays a certain title. Clear the Netflix cookie
