Netflix Error 17377
A problem occurred while playing this item. Try again later or select a different item.
Cannot play title. Please try again later. Code:-17377
This error happens when an issue with data stored on your device stops Netflix from playing.
To fix the problem:
Update the Netflix app

Open the App Store app.

At the top of the screen, select Purchased.

Select Netflix.

If an update is available, select Update. If no update is available, go to the next steps.

Try Netflix again.
Restart your device

Turn off your device.
Note:If you aren't sure your device is completely off, or if you can't find a power button, then unplug the power cable. -
Leave your device off for at least 30 seconds.

Turn on your device and try Netflix again.
Update your Apple TV

Go to the home screen, then select Settings.

Select System > Software Updates > Update Software.

If available, select Download and Install. If you don't see this option your device is already up to date.

Try Netflix again.
