Netflix Error D7114

This error happens when an issue with data stored on your device stops Netflix from playing.

To fix the problem:

Clear the Netflix cookie

  1. Go to netflix.com/clearcookies. This will sign you out of your account.

  2. Select Sign In and enter your Netflix email and password.

  3. Try Netflix again.

Update Microsoft Edge

  1. Click Settings and more Settings and more > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click Download and install.

  3. Once completed, click Restart.

  4. Try Netflix again.
