This device isn’t part of your Netflix Household

This message means Netflix wasn't able to associate your device with your Netflix Household.

If you signed in to Netflix from a device that is not part of your Netflix Household, you can create an account to fix the issue.

If you signed in to a TV that is part of your Netflix Household but see this error, you will need to verify that the TV you are using is part of your Netflix Household. To do this, you will need to confirm your device.

Verify that your TV is part of your Netflix Household

  1. When prompted on your TV, select Confirm Device

  2. Select Send Email or Send Text.

  3. Follow the instructions in the email or text sent.

  4. Once verified, select Continue to Netflix from your TV.
