How to sign out of a device

Use the Manage Access and Devices page to sign out of one or all devices, or to see signed-in devices that have been recently active on the account.

If you have an active subscription and don’t have access to a device that you’d like to sign out of:

  1. Go to the Manage Access and Devices page.

  2. Tap or click the down arrow next to the device you'd like to sign out of.

  3. Select Sign Out.

Note:

  • It may take up to 48 hours for devices to appear on the page.

  • Not all devices signed into the account will be shown, including those that haven’t been active in the last 90 days, have only been used to play Netflix games, or have only been used to access Tudum.

  • Complete information may not be shown for all devices.

If you’d like to sign out of all devices signed into your account:

  1. Go to the Manage Access and Devices page.

  2. At the bottom of the page, tap or click Sign Out of All Devices.

  3. Tap or click Sign Out to confirm.

Note:

  • It may take up to 48 hours for devices to appear on the page.

  • Not all devices signed into the account will be shown, including those that haven’t been active in the last 90 days, have only been used to play Netflix games, or have only been used to access Tudum.

  • Complete information may not be shown for all devices.

Go to the Manage Access and Devices page to see a list of devices with recent streaming activity on your account.

You’ll also find additional information about each device, including:

  • Device type

  • The most recent Profile used to stream on the device

  • Last watched date and time

Note:
