Customer refunds based on Austria settlement
Due to a recent settlement between Netflix International B.V. and the Austrian Federal Chamber of Labor, some Netflix members in Austria whose subscription price increased in 2019 and 2020 may be eligible for a refund in the form of a lump sum of €20 or €30.
Eligible members received an email from Netflix on May 22, 2024 explaining how to claim their refund. This email was sent to the email address associated with their
Netflix account.
