How to experience Netflix House

Netflix House is an in-person entertainment venue for all Netflix fans. It’s free to enter, and you can try bites inspired by your favorite shows and movies and take a piece of the story home from our shop. There are also ticketed immersive experiences where you play a part in the story yourself.

Netflix House is opening in two locations in the US at the end of 2025.

  • Netflix House Philadelphia at King of Prussia, Pennsylvania will open on November 12, 2025. Tickets are available for presale now.

  • Netflix House Dallas at Galleria Dallas, Texas will open on December 11, 2025. Ticket presales begin on:

    • November 7: American Airlines AAdvantage® Mastercard® credit cardmembers only

    • November 14: Netflix House Waitlist only

    • November 18: General public

No, everyone is welcome to visit Netflix House and purchase tickets to featured experiences, regardless of Netflix member status.

Tickets for immersive experiences at Netflix House can be purchased online at netflix.com/house. Select the date, time, and number of tickets, then follow the checkout instructions.

Netflix House accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You’ll get a confirmation email and a separate email with your digital ticket. Present your ticket (on your phone) when you arrive for entry.

Tickets can also be purchased at Netflix House locations at one of our onsite kiosks, but we recommend booking in advance as experiences can sell out.

Netflix House is free to enter with some ticketed immersive experiences. Ticket prices vary based on location, date, and type of experience. Go to netflix.com/house for up-to-date pricing.

No, Netflix House is open to all ages. Some immersive experiences may have a recommended age.
