Netflix Error Q7020

If you get the error code Q7020 on your Meta Quest headset with this message:

Pardon the interruption
Looks like you're viewing Netflix from more than one browser or tab. Please close any extra browsers or tabs, then reload the page. If that doesn't fix the issue, you may need to restart your computer.

It usually means you have Netflix open in more than one place. Follow these steps to fix the problem.

  1. Quit your browser.

  2. Reopen your browser.

  3. Try Netflix again.

  1. Locate the power button:

    • Meta Quest 2: Right side of the headset.

    • Meta Quest 3: Left side of the headset.

    • Meta Quest Pro: Bottom of the left strap.

  2. With your headset on, press hold the power button until the Power off window appears.

  3. Select Restart.

  4. After it turns back on, try Netflix again.
