Netflix Error M7361-1253

If you see the error code M7361-1253 on your computer, it usually means there's a problem with your network connection. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Update Google Chrome

  1. In the upper right corner of your browser, click More .

  2. Click Help > About Google Chrome.

  3. Wait while Chrome automatically checks for new updates.

  4. If an update is available, click Relaunch.

  5. Try Netflix again.

Shut down your computer

  1. Shut down your computer through the menu:

    • For Mac: At the top left, click the Apple menu > Shut Down.

    • For Windows: From the Start menu, click Power > Shut down.

    • For Chromebook: From the bottom right, click on the time > Sign out > Shut down.

  2. Leave your computer off for at least 10 seconds.

  3. Turn it back on, then try Netflix again.
