If you've signed in to the Netflix website but you see a banner that says your email address is invalid, select Update Email Address to correct any spelling errors or typos in the email we have on file.
This banner will appear if a Netflix email bounced back or was blocked from delivery. If you've updated your email but you still see this notification on the website, it's possible your email provider could be blocking emails from Netflix. To make sure that Netflix is not being blocked, add the following email addresses to your contacts:
