Vodafone billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through an active Vodafone promotion.

How can I pay for Netflix on my Vodafone bill?

To sign up for Vodafone billing with Netflix, you must sign up or rejoin through an active Vodafone promotional offer. After redeeming your offer, you will be automatically enrolled in Vodafone billing. Billing eligibility is determined by Vodafone.

How do I check to see if I am billed on my Vodafone account?

To check if you are billed through Vodafone, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.

You can also check with Vodafone to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.

How do I change my method of payment?

If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your Vodafone bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. I’m seeing a Netflix charge on my Vodafone bill that I did not authorize.

Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by Vodafone. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact Vodafone for support. I’m billed by Vodafone and I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix.

If you are seeing the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address,” follow the steps below.

  1. Check to see if you are still signed in to Netflix on the device you used to sign up. If so, you can access your account information and update your email address.

  2. If you're still unable to access your account:

    1. Sign in to your account page at vodafone.co.nz/netflixoffer.

    2. Follow the prompts to verify your identity.

    3. After selecting Netflix, select Forgotten your user name or password?

    4. You will be directed to a sign-in page with your email address auto-populated. You can sign in to your Netflix account from this page, and update your email address if necessary.
