You might see this message or the error code E128 when trying to watch live.

This error can happen on a TV or TV streaming device, cable box, mobile phone/tablet, or web browser. Wait for a few moments and then try joining it again.
If the error continues or you can’t watch live, the event will typically be made available shortly after the livestream to watch just like other titles on Netflix.
Note: Some events may be available only for a limited time after the livestream ends.
