How do I send back my DVD or Blu-ray disc if I lost the return envelope?

If you've lost or damaged any of the return mailer sleeves for your DVD or Blu-ray disc, don't worry -- there's still a way for you to send it back and get the next movie in your Queue.

Which of these best describes your situation?

I lost or damaged the white protective sleeve for my disc.

If you're on a 1 disc out-at-a-time plan, just return the disc without the white sleeve in the red return mailer. If you get more than one disc at a time, you can put up to two discs in the white sleeve of another Netflix disc and return them in the same mailer.

I lost or damaged the red prepaid return envelope.

If you're on a 1 disc out-at-a-time plan, please send the disc back to us inside its white sleeve in your own return envelope (with sufficient postage) to the address listed below. The white sleeve includes a special barcode that we use to associate the disc with your Netflix account. If you get more than one disc at a time, you can include up to two discs per white sleeve and place them in the return envelope.
