To sign up for Singtel billing with Netflix, you must sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through Singtel CAST (cast.sg), or qualify for and redeem an active Singtel promotional offer. If you sign up through a promotional offer, you will be automatically enrolled in Singtel billing after redeeming the promotion. Billing eligibility is determined by Singtel.

To check if you are billed through Singtel, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.

You can also check with Singtel to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.

If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your Singtel bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.

If you would like to make changes to how you pay your Singtel bill, please contact Singtel directly.

Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by Singtel. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact Singtel for support. If you are seeing the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address,” follow the steps below.

1. Check to see if you are still signed in to Netflix on the device you used to sign up. If so, you can access your account information and update your email address.

2. If you are still unable to access your account:

   1. Contact Singtel and tell the agent you need help recovering your Netflix login information.

   2. Be prepared to give the agent the email address you wish to use for Netflix.

   3. The agent will follow their internal processes, and within 1-2 days your email address will be updated and you will receive a Netflix email guiding you to reset your password.
