Netflix Error O7702-1003

If you experience the error code O7702-1003 on your computer, it typically points to an issue with the turbo setting on your Opera browser. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Update Opera

Open the Opera menu.
Select Update & Recovery.
Select the Check for Update button.
After the update downloads, select Update.
Try Netflix again.

If no update was available, or if updating Opera did not solve the problem, continue troubleshooting below.

Update the WidevineCdm plug-in

Type opera://components into the Opera address bar, then press Enter.
Find the Widevine Content Decryption Module and select Check for update.
Once the status reads Component updated, try Netflix again.

Disable Turbo Mode

Type opera://settings into the Opera address bar, then press Enter.
Select Advanced from the menu on the left, then select Features.
Scroll down to Opera Turbo, then toggle Enable Opera Turbo to the off position.

Note:

Opera Turbo is only available in Opera versions 59 and below.
Try Netflix again.
