Netflix service codes

Netflix service codes help us find and verify your account quickly when you contact Customer Service.

Service codes are available on the following devices, and are valid for 2 hours once you see them on the screen:

TVs and streaming media players
Set-top/Cable boxes and Blu-ray players
Android phones and tablets
iPhone and iPad
PlayStation and Xbox game consoles

While signed in to your Netflix account, follow these steps to find your service code.

TV or TV streaming device

To find the service code on your TV, or a device connected to your TV:

Go to the Netflix home screen, then go left to open the menu.
At the bottom, select Get Help or Settings.
Select Contact Us or Customer Service.
Your service code is the 6-digit number that appears near the phone number to call us. If you don't see a service code, contact us for help finding your account.

Mobile phone or tablet

Open a mobile browser and go to netflix.com. If asked, sign in with your email or phone number and password.
From the top left, tap More .
Tap Account.
At the bottom of the page tap Service Code.
Your service code is the 6-digit number that appears.

Computer

Go to netflix.com.
From the upper right, click your profile icon , then click Account.
At the bottom of the page, click Service Code.
Your service code is the 6-digit number that appears.
