About Customer Surveys
As a Netflix member or former member, we will occasionally send you emails of this nature. If you would like to stop receiving these emails, please click here to unsubscribe, or click the “unsubscribe” link in the messages themselves. You can also visit the Communication Settings page, uncheck the Netflix Surveys box, and select Update.
Our surveys are hosted by third-party providers. These emails are sent from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, and include links that may redirect you to websites such as survey.netflix.com, surveys.qualtrics.com, or netflix.co1.qualtrics.com.
If you have received a survey invitation that you suspect is phishing, please forward it to email@example.com.
