Customer Surveys from Netflix

We're always interested in what our customers have to say! Your feedback helps us understand how our customers think we can improve the Netflix product and content offerings.

To gather your feedback or to recruit small groups of customers for our in-person or virtual research, we send surveys by email. We never sell customer information, and only collect and use the information you provide to make our product better.

About Customer Surveys

As a Netflix member or former member, we'll occasionally send you emails of this nature. If you'd like to stop getting these emails, unsubscribe here, or select the “unsubscribe” link in the messages themselves. You can also visit the Notification Settings page and toggle off Surveys & research invites.

Our surveys are hosted by third-party providers. These emails are sent from netflixsurveys@netflix.com, surveys@mailer.netflix.com, surveys@members.netflix.com, info@mailer.netflix.com, info@members.netflix.com, info@partner.netflix.com, or noreply@netflixpreviewclub.com. They include links to websites such as:

  • www1.netflixsurveys.com

  • www3.netflixsurveys.com

  • previewclub.netflixsurveys.com

For surveys with incentives, we partner with Ethnio to send you an email on how to redeem your reward after completion. Emails will be sent from surveys@rewards.netflix.com.
