If you see the error code tvq-details-queue-100, often with this message:

We're having trouble modifying your List right now. Please try again later or visit www.netflix.com/help for guidance.

It usually means you have the maximum amount of titles allowed on your My List. To fix the issue, remove a few TV show or movies from My List and try Netflix again.
