This error can happen if you try to watch Netflix on a TV or TV streaming device while on a Netflix Mobile plan.

To fix the problem, try watching on a mobile device or change to a different Netflix plan that allows watching on TV or TV streaming devices.

If you don't have the Netflix Mobile plan, follow the steps in the section below.

This error happens when an issue with data stored on your device stops Netflix from playing.

Reload the Netflix app

1. On the error screen, choose More Details.

2. Choose Reload Netflix.

3. Try Netflix again.

Restart your device
