If you get the error code H7361-1254-C00D5212 on your Windows computer, it usually means an audio setting within Windows needs to be updated. Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

Important: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. If you choose to modify the registry yourself, make sure you follow these steps carefully.
Select the Search box on the taskbar and type regedit.
In the App results, select regedit, then select Yes if prompted.
Locate and select the following registry folder:
Look for the value DisableProtectedAudioDG in the right-hand pane.
If the DisableProtectedAudioDG value is present, right-click on it and choose Delete.
Exit the Registry Editor.
Select the Search box on the taskbar and type cmd.
In the App results, right-click on Command Prompt, then select Run as Administrator.
Type Net stop audiosrv and hit Enter.
Type Net start audiosrv and hit Enter.
Exit the Command Prompt.
Try Netflix again.
