If you see a message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that says

Cannot play title. Please try again later. (-103)

It typically points to a connectivity issue that occurred when you downloaded the title. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Download the title again
  1. In the upper right, tap Downloads.

  2. Next to a TV show or movie, tap the download status icon .

  3. Tap Delete Download.

  4. Try downloading the TV show or movie again.
