Netflix Error C7020

You might get the error C7020 with the message:

Looks like you're viewing Netflix from more than one browser or tab. Please close any extra browsers or tabs, then reload the page. If that doesn't fix the issue, you may need to restart your computer.

It usually means you have Netflix open in more than one place. Follow these steps to fix the problem.

  1. Quit your browser.

  2. Reopen your browser.

  3. Try Netflix again.

  1. In the upper right corner of your browser, click More.

  2. Click More Tools > Clear Browsing Data...

  3. Click Advanced.

  4. In the Time range drop-down menu, select All time.

  5. Check Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data, then try Netflix again.
