Per your agreement with DISH, you’ll receive a promotional credit of $7.99/month from DISH for your Netflix subscription. After you've received the promotional credit, the subscription cost will appear on your DISH bill as follows, based on your Netflix plan:
Standard with ads: $1
Standard: $12
Premium: $19
