"Funny AF" At-Home Audience Voting Rules
Subject to change at Like Me, Inc. (“Producer”) and/or Netflix Worldwide Entertainment, LLC (“Netflix”) sole discretion.
Overview of Voting
“Funny AF” (the “Series”) is a stand-up comedian competition series (“Competition”) in which Netflix members watching at home (“At-Home Audience”) can cast votes for their favorite contestant(s) in two (2) live episodes (the “Live Vote Episodes”) of the Series. Participation in voting constitutes acceptance of these rules. Voting results in the Live Vote Episodes determine Contestant advancement to the next Competition round and the ultimate winner of the Competition during the finale episode of the Series (“Finale Episode”). The Contestants, the Competition and the Live Vote Episodes start and end dates/times will be announced on-air and/or listed on screen. All votes are subject to the voting conditions set forth in these rules.
Who May Vote
Only active Netflix members of the at-home viewing audience with a valid Netflix account (“Users”) are eligible to vote. Voting eligibility may change and/or be subject to verification and certification by an independent third party auditor. Each eligible Netflix profile may cast no more than one (1) vote per applicable Voting Window (defined below). Members of the studio audience, including without limitation, guests, friends, or family of Contestants are not permitted to vote, even if they are Netflix members. Individuals who do not have an active Netflix account are not eligible to participate in voting unless and until they create and activate a Netflix account prior to the close of the applicable Voting Window, which may require payment of applicable subscription fees in accordance with Netflix’s then-current terms. Viewers who experience difficulty in accessing their Netflix account, including forgotten usernames or passwords, must recover access through Netflix’s standard account recovery tools before the applicable Voting Window closes to submit a vote.
Voting Windows
Voting for the first Live Vote Episode of Funny AF begins on Monday, May 4, 2026, during official, time-limited voting periods (each, a “Voting Window”), announced on-air and/or on-screen. Voting for the second Live Vote Episode begins on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, during the applicable Voting Window, announced on-air and/or on-screen.
The Live Vote Episodes of Funny AF are currently scheduled to air at approximately 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT on Monday, May 4, 2026 and Tuesday, May 5, 2026, with episode length and end times subject to change. Votes cast outside a Voting Window will not be counted. Additional Voting Windows and/or methods of voting may be added as determined and announced by Producer and/or Netflix in their sole discretion.
How to Vote During Voting Windows
Voting may be conducted by logging into your Netflix account on certain Internet connected devices including connected TVs, computers, mobile devices or other devices, and Producer and Netflix-approved methods. During designated Voting Windows announced during the live broadcast of the applicable Live Vote Episodes, Users may vote for the Contestant(s) competing in various match-ups (the number of Contestants in each match-up shall be determined by Producer and Netflix in their sole discretion). After each match-up, Users may vote by selecting the Contestant they want to advance in or win the Competition (“Majority Voting”). If a user does not interact at all with the authorized voting platforms, such User will not have a vote recorded. Standard data rates may apply for app download and usage if voting using a mobile device. Users should consult their wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. Users agree to incur any and all charges demanded by their wireless carrier.
Tie-Breaking
Ties may be resolved through extended decimal scoring, Judges’ determinations, and/or other Producer-approved methods determined in Producer’s sole discretion.
General Disclaimers and Limitations
Voting Irregularities and Technical Issues
Producer and Netflix reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to address any actual or suspected technical failure, system malfunction, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay or other voting irregularity that may affect the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the voting process (collectively, a “Voting Irregularity”). Corrective measures may include, without limitation, extending, reopening or voiding a voting window; implementing alternative or backup voting methods; recalculating or disregarding affected votes; or taking any other action Producer deems necessary or appropriate to preserve the integrity of the competition. Neither Producer nor Netflix shall have any obligation to provide notice of, or explanation for any such corrective measures. Netflix and Producer reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend voting should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, epidemics, pandemics, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the voting process.
Prohibited Conduct
Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the voting process is strictly prohibited, including, without limitation; automated voting, use of bots, automatic programmed, robotic, scripts, or other technological means; vote manipulation; vote purchasing or offering consideration in exchange for votes; or engaging third-parties to solicit or generate votes. Producer and Netflix reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to scrutinize, invalidate, disqualify or disregard any votes that Producer and Netflix believe were cast in violation of these rules or otherwise improperly obtained, and to take any additional action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the voting process.
Producer and Platform Discretion; Finality of Decisions
Producer and Netflix reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, limit or terminate the voting process (in whole or in part) including the methods, timing, platforms, eligibility requirements, number of votes permitted, or scoring methodology, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. All determinations relating to voting, results, corrective measures, and outcomes are final and binding and shall not be subject to challenge, appeal, review or judicial proceeding of any kind. In the event that a decision or outcome of entries cannot be reasonably determined because of a technical failure or for any other reasons beyond Netflix or Producer’s reasonable control, Netflix or Producer will decide on the result and its decision shall be final and not subject to appeal. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of the entry by Netflix.
Release
Netflix, Producer and their respective parents, subsidiaries, related entities, affiliates, successors and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Entities”) are not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete, inaccurate or failed capture of entries or participation information (regardless of cause) or any failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed online transmissions which may limit one’s ability to participate in voting. Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Entities shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s platform, computer or mobile device arising out of, relating to or resulting from participating in voting or downloading any materials associated with voting or any other issues arising from or in connection with the voting process. Released Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted or misdirected votes, which will be disqualified.
