SFR billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through select set-top boxes or the SFR website. SFR billing is also available to customers who sign up for a Netflix-branded RED by SFR mobile plan.
To sign up for SFR billing with Netflix, you must sign up or rejoin through select SFR set-top boxes and select SFR as your method of payment, or select Netflix on the SFR website and follow the prompts to sign up or rejoin. To sign up for Red by SFR billing, you must purchase a Netflix-branded Red by SFR mobile plan. Billing eligibility is determined by SFR.
To check if you are billed through SFR, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
You can also check with SFR or RED by SFR to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.
If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your SFR bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
If you would like to make changes to how you pay your SFR bill, please contact SFR directly.
Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by SFR. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact SFR for support. If you are seeing the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address,” follow the steps below.
Check to see if you are still signed in to Netflix on the device you used to sign up. If so, you can access your account information and update your email address.
If you have access to your SFR set-top box, you may still be signed in to Netflix. Launch the Netflix app and follow these steps:
From the Netflix home screen, press the up arrow on your remote until you reach the menu bar, then select Settings.
To update the account email address, select Change email.
If prompted, enter the account password and select Next.
Enter a new email address and select Next.
Select Back to Settings.

If you are billed on your SFR bill:
Sign in to your SFR account page at s.sfr.fr/netflix. Make sure you are signed out of Netflix on the device you are using.
Click je me connecte avec mon compte Netflix to be directed to a sign-in page with your email address auto-populated.
From there you can sign in to your Netflix account and update your email address if necessary.
If you are billed on your RED by SFR bill:
Sign in to your RED by SFR account page at s.sfr.fr/netflix-red. Make sure you are signed out of Netflix on the device you are using.
Look for the option to recover your Netflix account and follow the prompts.
You will be directed to a sign-in page with your email address auto-populated. You can sign in to your Netflix account from this page, and update your email address if necessary.
