Wind Tre billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through the Wind Tre website or an active Wind Tre promotion.
To sign up for Wind Tre billing with Netflix, you must select Netflix on the Wind Tre website and follow the prompts to sign up or rejoin, or qualify for and redeem an active Wind Tre promotional offer. If you sign up through a promotional offer, you will be automatically enrolled in Wind Tre billing after redeeming the promotion. Billing eligibility is determined by Wind Tre.
To check if you are billed through Wind Tre, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page.
You can also check with Wind Tre to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.
If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your Wind Tre bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method.

Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by Wind Tre.
