Android Phone or Tablet

Visit Netflix.com on a computer

To pinpoint the issue:

  1. Using a computer on the same network as your device, go to netflix.com/clearcookies.

  2. Select Sign In and enter your information.

    • If you see the error NSEZ-403, it means we can't connect your account to Netflix. Please try again later.

    • If you don't see NSEZ-403, contact Customer Service.

Android TV

If you are experiencing this error on an Android TV-based streaming media player or smart TV, make sure you have installed the Netflix app from the Google Play Store.

If you do not see the Netflix app in the Google Play Store, your device is not compatible with Netflix, and you will need to use a different device to stream.
