Support information for Internet Service Providers (ISPs)

This article is for employees or representatives of Internet Service Providers (ISPs). If you're a Netflix member looking for help with your account or a streaming issue, visit our main Help Center page or contact us.

Netflix provides direct support to ISPs reporting technical issues affecting customers' ability to use Netflix, including:

  • IP addresses or ranges are being incorrectly identified as proxy or VPN traffic

  • Widespread network-related errors are affecting customers' ability to use Netflix

  • Netflix members are not seeing titles that should be available in their region

  • Customers are seeing Netflix titles, plans, or payment methods as unavailable in their region

If your company has an active Open Connect partnership, the quickest way to get support is to sign in to our Partner Portal and create a ticket or reach out to your Netflix partner contact directly.

If your company is not an Open Connect partner (or you aren't sure), you can submit a support request. To help us investigate quickly, please include a detailed description of the issue and fill in all the information the form requires.

If your request is missing required information, isn’t related to the issues mentioned above, or you aren't authorized to submit a request on behalf of an ISP, your request will be closed and no action will be taken.

Netflix has an open network peering policy. To learn more or submit a request, see our peering guidelines and PeeringDB record.
