How to switch profiles

You can have up to 5 profiles on a single Netflix account.

TV or TV-streaming device

When signed in to the Netflix app:

1. Press the back button on your remote to get to the menu.

2. At the top, select the profile icon .

3. Select another profile.

Android phone or tablet, iPhone, or iPad

When signed in to the Netflix app:

1. In the lower right, tap My Netflix .

2. At the top, tap the profile name.

3. Select another profile.

Web browser

When signed in to Netflix:

1. In the upper right, hover over the profile icon .

2. Click on another profile from the dropdown menu.

   Note: If a Kids profile is active, click Exit Kids and then choose a different profile.
