How to switch profiles

You can have up to 5 profiles on a single Netflix account.

TV or TV streaming device

When signed in to the Netflix app:

1. Press the left button on your remote to open the menu.

2. At the top of the screen, select your profile icon .

3. Select another profile from the menu.

Android phone or tablet, iPhone, or iPad

When signed in to the Netflix app:

1. At the bottom of the screen, tap the My Netflix profile icon .

2. Tap your profile name.

3. Select another profile from the menu.

Web browser

When signed in to Netflix:

1. In the upper right corner, hover over your profile icon .

2. Click on another profile from the dropdown menu.

   Note: If a Kids profile is active, click Exit Kids and then choose a different profile.
