T-Mobile Netflix on Us Package with Netflix Included

Customers in the United States can sign up for an eligible T-Mobile package that includes a Netflix subscription.

Once you've signed up, activate to link your new or existing Netflix account.

How do I activate my T-Mobile package with Netflix?

Once you've signed up for an eligible package, you will receive an SMS that contains an activation link.

  1. Click the link to be directed to my.t-mobile.com, or the T-Mobile app if you have it installed.

  2. Sign in to your T-Mobile account.

    Note:
    If you do not know your T-Mobile login, please contact T-Mobile for assistance.
  3. Select Activate Now.

  4. Follow the prompts to link your existing Netflix account to your T-Mobile package, or create a new Netflix account and link to your T-Mobile package.

Once you've signed up for an eligible package, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your T-Mobile account. (You must be the primary T-Mobile account holder.)

    If you do not know your T-Mobile login, please contact T-Mobile for assistance.
  2. Select Manage Add-ons > Services, then select your desired Netflix add-on.

  3. Select Continue > Agree & Submit.

  4. Select Activate Netflix.

  5. Follow the prompts to link your existing Netflix account to your T-Mobile package, or create a new Netflix account and link to your T-Mobile package.

How do I link my Netflix DVD account to my package?

DVD accounts cannot be linked to a T-Mobile package. Only Netflix streaming accounts can be linked.

  • If you have a Netflix DVD-only account, you can sign up for a streaming account with a different email address in order to link Netflix to your T-Mobile package.

  • If you have a Netflix streaming account that is connected with a DVD plan, you will need to remove streaming and sign up for a separate streaming account with a different email address in order to link your T-Mobile package.

  • If you have linked a Netflix streaming account to your T-Mobile package, you cannot add a DVD plan. You will need to sign up for a DVD plan with a separate email address and payment method.

How can I check if Netflix is included in my package?

Please contact your provider to see if Netflix is included with your package.

I accidentally linked the wrong Netflix account to my package

Please contact customer service and provide the email address for the Netflix account that is incorrectly linked so that we can help you link the correct Netflix account to your package.

What will happen to my Netflix account if I cancel my package or service?

If you cancel your package or service, one of two things will happen:

  • If your Netflix account has a valid payment method (credit or debit card, for example) on file, you will continue to stream uninterrupted and we will charge your payment method.

  • If your Netflix account does not have a valid payment method on file, your account will go on hold. To continue streaming, sign in to your Netflix Account page and add a new payment method.

How do I change my Netflix plan?

Visit netflix.com/changeplan to select an available plan. You cannot downgrade to a plan lower than what is included in your package.

If you upgrade your Netflix plan, your bill will reflect the additional charge based on the Netflix retail price.

Plan upgrade eligibility is determined by the partner.

What happens to my Netflix Gift Card or promotional balance when I link my account to this package?


Once you link your account to this package, your gift balance will be held on your Netflix account for future use. If you decide to cancel your package, we will continue to bill your gift card or promotional balance.

What happens to my Netflix account if I change from the T-Mobile ONE plan to the Magenta or MagentaPlus plan?

When you switch from the ONE plan to either the Magenta or MagentaPlus plan, your Netflix account will not be affected. You will be able to continue streaming and your account will continue to be linked to your T-Mobile plan.

I have Netflix included in my package, why am I still being charged?

It's possible that you accidentally mistyped your email while linking your account and created a duplicate account. To resolve this, try the following:

  1. Make sure you are signed out of Netflix on the device you're using.

  2. Sign in to your account on the my-Tmobile Benefits page or the mobile app.

    Note:
    If you do not know your T-Mobile login, please contact T-Mobile for assistance.
    • Select if you can’t remember the email address you used to register for Netflix, recover it here, which redirects you to the Netflix Sign In page with your email address auto-populated.

      Note:
      You must be the primary T-Mobile account holder to access this link.
    • Confirm that the email address you entered is typed correctly. If not, follow the steps under "I accidentally linked the wrong Netflix account to my package" to link the correct account.

I'm having trouble signing in to Netflix

If you don’t remember your Netflix login information, go to netflix.com/loginhelp.

If you see the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address,” it's possible that you accidentally mistyped your email while linking your account. To resolve this, try the following:

  • If you are signed in to Netflix on a mobile or web browser:

    1. Go to your Account.

    2. Your Netflix account email is displayed under Membership & Billing.

      • From here you can Change account email, if necessary.

  • If you still can't sign in:

    1. Sign in to your my-Tmobile account (make sure you are signed out of Netflix).

    2. Select if you can’t remember the email address you used to register for Netflix, recover it here.

    3. You will be directed to a sign in page with your email address pre-populated. You can sign in to your Netflix account from this page, and update your email address if necessary.

Why was my Netflix account canceled?

If you cancel or pause a package that is linked to a Netflix account, your Netflix account will go on hold if there is no other payment method on file.


If your package is still active and your Netflix account was put on hold or canceled, try to re-link your Netflix account by following "How do I activate my package with Netflix?". If those steps do not work, please contact your provider to check your account status.

How do I cancel Netflix?

Please contact T-Mobile customer support to cancel your T-Mobile package and stop paying for Netflix.

If your Netflix account has a valid payment method on file, we will immediately resume billing that payment method and your streaming will continue uninterrupted. If you want to cancel your Netflix plan, please contact us after you've canceled with your provider.

If your Netflix account doesn't have a valid payment method on file, your account will immediately go on hold. To continue streaming, you must visit your Netflix Account page and add a new payment method.
