If you see an error that says

Sorry. There was a problem. Please try again later.
If you want to exit browser, press the EXIT key on Remote Control. If the problem persists, please visit www.netflix.com/help on your computer.

It typically indicates that there are no titles in your My List. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Add a title to your My List

  1. Visit Netflix.com on a computer.

  2. Hover over a TV show or movie and select the + option, or select a TV show or movie and select + My List.

  3. Repeat with as many titles as you'd like (up to 500), then try Netflix again.
