Netflix Error O7121-3078

You might get the error code O7121-3078 with the message:

Pardon the interruption
Looks like this version of your browser is no longer supported. Please install the latest version to continue watching.

It means that your version of Opera is no longer supported and must be updated to work with Netflix.

To fix the problem, follow the steps for your device.

Update your web browser

Go to Netflix supported browsers to update your web browser or get a different browser.

If your computer has Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 installed:

Your computer can't update to the latest browser versions needed to play Netflix.

To use Netflix, you'll need to use a Netflix-supported device.

Update Opera

Opera can only be updated to a supported version if your computer is on macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or higher.

To check your Mac's version:

  1. Select the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Select About this Mac to view your version.

  3. If your version is macOS 10.15 or later, you will need to update your Opera browser.

If your computer has a version earlier than macOS 10.15 installed:

Your computer can't update to the latest browser versions needed to play Netflix.
