Can't sign in to Netflix

If you forget or don't have access to your Netflix email or password, see the instructions below for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Check your email and password

Note:
Netflix passwords are case-sensitive.
  1. Make sure your email is correct and fix any errors or typos.

  2. Enter your password, then tap Show to make sure it's correct.

  3. Tap Sign In.

If Netflix says, "Invalid Email", try using your phone number and password to sign in.

If that doesn't work, go to the next steps.

Remove saved passwords from iCloud Keychain

If you use iCloud Keychain to save passwords to your Apple account, you may need to remove your Netflix information from Keychain. If you need help, contact Apple Support.

Reset your password

From the Netflix app, tap Recover Password and reset your password by email or text message.

Note:
If you choose Sign out of all devices, it may take up to 8 hours to fully disconnect all devices signed in to your account.
