Netflix says 'The current plan is not compatible with this older version of the app'

The mobile plan is compatible with most Android devices with Android 7 or later. For help checking your Android version, or updating to the latest Android version available for your device, go to the Google support site.

If your Android phone or tablet can't install Android OS 7 or later, or has Android OS 7 or later installed and displays this error message, then it isn't compatible with the mobile plan.

To continue streaming Netflix, you will need to either:

• Use a different, compatible mobile device.

  Note:Compatible devices include most Android phones and tablets with Android OS 7 or later installed.

• Change your plan.
