Audio descriptions won't turn on
If you can't turn on audio descriptions, it usually means a setting on your device needs to be changed.
To fix the problem, follow the steps for your device.
Apple TV 2 or Apple TV 3
Turn on Descriptive Audio

Select Settings from your device's home screen.

Select General.

Select Accessibility.

Select Video Descriptions.

Select Video Descriptions again to turn it on.

Return to the Netflix app and start playing a movie or TV show.

While a movie or TV show is playing, hold the Select button on the Apple TV remote.

Make sure your selected audio option contains Audio Description.

Press Menu on the Apple TV remote.

Play your movie or TV show for at least 5 minutes to save your settings.
Apple TV 4 or Apple TV 4K
Turn on Descriptive Audio

Select Settings from your device's home screen.

Select General > Accessibility > Audio Descriptions.

Change the setting to On.

Return to the Netflix app and start playing a movie or TV show.

While a movie or TV show is playing, swipe down on the Apple TV remote.

From the lower right, select Audio .

Choose Audio Description, then select Done.

Play your movie or TV show for at least 5 minutes to save this setting to your Netflix profile.
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Turn on Descriptive Audio

Select Settings from your device's home screen.

Select Accessibility.

Select Audio Descriptions.

Toggle the switch to On.

Return to the Netflix app and start playing a movie or TV show.

While a movie or TV show is playing, tap anywhere on the iOS device screen.

Select the Audio & Subtitles button from the lower right.

Make sure your selected audio option contains Audio Description.

Tap Done.
-
Play your movie or TV show for at least 5 minutes to save your settings.
