Netflix says 'Sorry, there was a problem communicating with Netflix. Please try again. (T1-H1-W80072F8A)'

If you see an error on your Windows 10 computer or tablet that says

Sorry, there was a problem communicating with Netflix. Please try again. (T1-H1-W80072F8A)

It means that the Netflix app needs to be updated to continue watching Netflix. To update the app:

  1. From the taskbar or the Start menu, click Microsoft Store to open it.

  2. Click More more icon > Downloads and Updates.

  3. To the right of Netflix, click Download download icon.

  4. When the update is finished, try Netflix again.
