Netflix Error D7121-5006

If you see the error code D7121-5006 on your Windows computer, often accompanied by the following message:

Sorry, too many people are watching on your account right now.

It means your Netflix account has reached the maximum number of active streams. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to solve the problem.

1. Close other browser tabs or windows where Netflix is open.

2. Close Netflix on any other devices playing at the same time.

3. Try Netflix again.

If these steps don't fix the problem, or the error happens again:

• Check your Netflix plan to learn how many devices can play at the same time on your account.
