Check the recipient's email address in the Invitation sent to field, and make sure there aren’t any errors or misspellings in the email address.
Copy the invitation link and send it directly to the person invited.
Cancel and resend the invitation using these steps:
Select Cancel invitation.
Confirm you want to cancel the invitation.
Select Set up invitation to invite that person again (consider using a different email address).
If you see the error message "Please try again later," you must wait 24 hours before trying again.
If the extra member has not accepted their invitation, we will send them multiple reminder emails for 1 month. The account owner will also receive an email notification and can resend the invitation using the steps under “Extra member did not receive invitation” or cancel the extra member slot.
You will not be able to create an extra member account if you:
Live in a different country than where the account owner signed up for Netflix or a package with Netflix.
Note: Overseas territories may also be blocked.
Use a VPN, proxy, or “unblocker” service.

If you are an extra member and can't watch Netflix, here are some possible reasons:
Too many people are using the extra member account.
Extra members can only watch on 1 device at a time.
To watch on multiple devices at the same time in the same household, you must sign up for your own account and choose a plan.
The account owner changed the extra member and removed you.
If you were removed as an extra member, you will immediately lose access to Netflix.
You can return as an extra member if someone invites you again.
You can rejoin Netflix using the same login and your own payment method. If you rejoin within 24 months, your profile, favorites, viewing preferences and account details will still be available.
The account owner canceled the extra member slot.
If they cancel your extra member slot, you will lose access to Netflix at the end of the billing period.
You can return as an extra member if someone invites you again.
You can rejoin Netflix using the same login and your own payment method. If you rejoin within 24 months, your profile, favorites, viewing preferences and account details will still be available.
The account is on hold.
If the account is on hold, no one on the account can watch Netflix.
Please contact the person who added you as an extra member since they will need to resolve the hold.
The account owner linked their account to a package and their extra member slots were canceled.
If their plan changed or their provider does not support extra members, you will lose access to Netflix.
You can return as an extra member if someone invites you again.
You can rejoin Netflix using the same login and your own payment method. If you rejoin within 24 months, your profile, favorites, viewing preferences and account details will still be available.
The account owner changed their Netflix plan through their package provider and their extra member slots were canceled.

If you live in a country other than the one where the account owner signed up for Netflix, you may see the error 'Your account can't be used in this location'.

While extra members can watch Netflix while traveling, extra member accounts should primarily be used in the same country where the account owner started their membership.
Account owners may see the error message "Please try again later" after they have exceeded the number of tries to invite an extra member. You will need to wait 24 hours before trying again.
If you try to change to a lower-priced plan and you have more extra member slots than the Netflix plan allows, you may see one of these messages:
To change to (plan name), you must cancel your extra members first and wait until the end of the extra member billing period on (date).
OR
To change to (plan name), you must cancel one of your extra members first and wait until the end of the extra member billing period on (date).
You must cancel your extra member slot(s). When the extra member billing period ends, you can try to change your plan.
Your extra members may have been canceled if:
You linked your account to a package provider that doesn’t allow for extra members.
You changed your Netflix plan through your package provider and you have more extra member slots than the plan allows.
Example: You had a Premium plan with 2 extra members and switched to a Standard plan that only allows 1 extra member. Both extra member slots were canceled, but you can re-add 1 extra member with the new plan.
You linked your account to a package and your previous payment method failed prior to activation.
You disconnected your package from your Netflix account and your account went on hold or was canceled.
You removed the secondary payment method for your extra members, or your payment method failed.
You linked your account to a package in a different country from the payment method used for your extra members.
You can re-add extra members with an available payment method in the same country as your package.
Before linking to a package, you paid for extra members through Direct Debit, cash, or UPI.
