ActiveX error on Xbox.

If you get an ActiveX error on your Xbox, it usually means you're trying to watch Netflix from outside the Netflix app. Follow the steps for your device below to fix the problem.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button.

2. Press the Y button to return to the Xbox 360 Main Menu.

3. Use the "Set Up" tab to download the Netflix app on your Xbox 360.

4. Try Netflix again.
