This error on your iPhone or iPad means the game's maturity rating is higher than your Netflix profile allows.
To fix the problem:
Check your profile's maturity settings
You can change your profile's allowed maturity rating and other parental controls from the Profile & Parental Controls Settings of your account. To learn more, go to Parental controls on Netflix.
If your profile's maturity rating setting is higher than the maturity rating of the game, follow the steps below.
Sign out of Netflix

Open the Netflix app.

In the lower right, tap My Netflix
. -
In the upper right, tap the Menu
. -
Tap Sign Out
, then tap Sign Out to confirm. -
Sign back into your Netflix, then try again.
