Netflix 2nd Screen for TV allows you to control Netflix on your TV using an Android or Apple mobile device. For detailed steps on using 2nd Screen with your device and TV, go to How to use a mobile device to watch Netflix on a TV.
Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV. 2nd screen does not work using cellular or mobile data.
Make sure your Wi-Fi router or modem is set up to allow multicast. For the steps to set up multicast, check the manual that came with your router or contact the manufacturer.
If that doesn't work, follow the steps for your device.
