How to report other players in Netflix games

We want everyone to have fun and play fair. If you see someone breaking the rules of our Community Guidelines, here's how to let us know.

Report directly in the game

1. Select the player: Choose the player you want to report.

2. Tap or click the Report button: While you're playing, look for the Report button. It's usually in the player's profile or the game menu.

3. Tell us what happened: Pick the reason for the report, or tell us in your own words.

4. Submit: Press Submit to send the report.

Contact us

If you can't report in the game, you can send a report to the game’s support site.

1. Remember the player's game handle: Write down the name they use in the game.

2. Contact us: Select the game you are playing and send a report to our Player Support team.

3. Give details: Tell us the game handle, the name of the game, and what happened.
