Netflix Error U7361-1253-800705AA

If you get the error code U7361-1253-800705AA on your Windows computer, it usually means your computer needs an update. Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

Windows 10

Update Windows

Press the Windows Key on the keyboard.
Select Settings .
Select Update & security.
Windows will check for updates. If it doesn't, select Check for updates.
Once the updates are installed, restart your computer and try Netflix again.

Install the Windows Media Feature Pack

If you are using the Windows 10 N or Windows 10 KN edition, we suggest downloading the Windows Media Feature Pack. Once the download is complete, restart your computer and try Netflix again. You can verify which Windows Edition you're on by searching for About your PC in Windows.
