Netflix Error ui-115

If you get the error code ui-115 with the message:

Couldn't connect to Netflix. Please try again or restart your home network and streaming device. For more information, visit netflix.com/nethelp.

It usually means there's a problem with your version of the Netflix app.

To fix the problem, follow the steps for your device.

If you get this error on while using an Android TV or Android-based streaming device, make sure to download the Netflix app from the Google Play Store.

If you can't find the Netflix app in the Google Play Store or see a message that your device isn't compatible with the app, it means your device isn't supported. To watch Netflix, you'll need to use a different supported device.

Check your device's Play Protect status
  1. Open the Play Store app.

  2. In the upper right, tap your Profile icon.

  3. Tap Settings > About.

  4. Under Play Protect certification, check your device's certification status.

If you see Device is certified, contact us for more help.

If your device isn't certified, you'll need to use a supported device to watch Netflix. We recommend contacting your device's manufacturer to ask for a Play Protect certified device. To learn more, go to Google's support page about Play Protect certification.
